Her mother asks a gesture about her own health for she happens to be fiv e months pregnant.The three differential diagnoses that this patient could be woeful from are Mononucleosis, Fifth Disease, and Kawasakis Disease. This 16 year old female is exhibiting prodromal symptoms (symptoms that occur forwards the actual onset of the disease) of these three diseases.Diagnosis- Characterized by malaise, anorexia, chills and fever which is a prodromal symptom, pharyngitis and lymphadenopathy.
